This was our first time here in Santa Ana and this house was the perfect accommodation for all of us attending our granddaughter’s graduation from UC Irvine. Very clean and spacious. The owner was also quick to respond which was great!

Great HUGE home with bedrooms and beds galore. Had a lot of the extras (soap, detergent etc) so we should have checked first before going to Walmart (or read descriptions DUH). Would stay again if in the Orange area. 15 mins to everything.

The house is nice. The mattresses were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The neighbors to the left were almost unbearable. They somehow called us and told us our truck was blocking their driveway and was going to be towed, when in fact we weren't blocking their driveway. Then once we left for the day they moved all of their cars in front of the VRBO house so we had no where to park the truck once we got home.

We had a large family holiday vacation. House was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us (16). There was plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and even an EV plug for our charger in the garage. Ricky was very responsive to any issue.

This house was perfect, location is close to Disney, and held all 14 of us comfortably. Very clean.

The house that was perfect for our group of friends, offering ample room and a nice layout. The size and amenities made it an ideal gathering spot, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues. The floors were particularly problematic, leaving our feet black from dirt after walking around and surfaces not wiped down. It was clear that a deep clean was needed, which was disappointing. The house is not in the greatest of areas but the hosts did a great job at making the house safe. Not too far of a drive to Disneyland which was nice for our group. The house overall has great potential, just wish it was cleaner upon our arrival.

The house was really convenient and easy to get in and out to our destination. We used the house to stay close to our offices for training. All was good and we would stay here again.

This vacation home was beautiful and very spacious. It was able to accommodate 13 of us very comfortably. In addition, the location was great. It was near to a grocery store and Walmart. Disneyland was just a short drive away. We would definitely considering staying here again!

We had a nice stay at Ricky's vacation home. Here are the pros: Centrally located, house is large and fit our group well, kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plenty of towels, chairs and beach gear available for use. Cons: neighborhood is a bit sketchy (woke one morning to loud rap music and some people tagging the sidewalk and corner with spray paint), house had an ant problem (bought some ant spray and this took care of it), there was no toilet paper in 2 bathrooms or paper towels in the kitchen. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again. Had Ricky been in town I'm sure he would have fixed the issues as he seems like a good host.

THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT TO RELAX AND CELEBRATE MY 55TH BIRTHDAY WITH MY BESTIES!! IT WAS LARGE, COMFY AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN WITH COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! THE KITCHEN WAS STOCKED WITH PLENTY OF NECESSITIES AND SNACKS!! I DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN!!! A DIAMOND!!!

This property was everything we needed and more! The manager was prompt to respond to our questions/messages prior to and during our stay! The house was exceptionally clean and provided all of the extras we don’t seem to find at other rentals! We were a group of 12 and we all stayed comfortably in the home during our entire stay! Great stay. The host already had staged everything anyone could ever need in a vacation rental. The check in and check out process was seamless. The stay was pleasant with the house having all the amenities one could ever want. I would recommend this Vrbo over and over again. Two every minor critiques would be to correct the Wi-Fi password sign as it lists the incorrect Wi-Fi password and to have more rugs that cover a larger area in the bathrooms. But those are very minor and insignificant critiques.

This rental property was the best house we have ever stayed in! The host was very attentive and welcoming. The house met way over our expectations. Super clean and felt like it was brand new! Didn’t have any issues at all. The location was perfect. The host had all the essentials needed in the home fully stocked and also had extra snacks that our kids loved! We had a group of 12 and fit comfortably. The home was clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. There were snacks, cereal & cooking basics for us which we really appreciated. There was a washer & dryer which was really nice to have with kids. Perfect location to visit Disneyland- only about 15min. Away. We wish the refrigerator had an ice maker or ice trays so we could make our own ice, but a tiny thing. We were the first ones to stay here & the host had forgotten wash clothes but we improvised. Overall a nice comfortable place to vacation with a big group. The neighborhood seemed like a safe place and everyone we encountered was friendly.

Our groups of four families really enjoyed this newly built and centrally located home. Disneyland is only 14 mins away! Groceries, food, and bobas are everywhere. It’s also close to Bolsa and Asian Garden Mall. The host is very responsive, kind, and friendly! We enjoyed the extra cereals, snacks and beverages! We love the comfortable beddings and lots of pillows and soft blankets! Thank you Ricky! We will definitely come back next time!!
