The Space:
Prime oceanside location just steps from the beach. This well maintained three bedroom, two full-bathroom oceanside condo is located in desirable North Ocean City. End-unit with extra windows offers lots of natural light and an airy feel. The open living area features the living room and fully-equipped kitchen with a large seating counter. There is a large balcony off of the living area equipped with living and dining furniture that is a great place to relax and unwind. The condo has been well maintained and is in good condition. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom features a pyramid bunk and a television. There is a centrally located second full-bathroom that is easily accessible from throughout the condo. The building is within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #81124 This condo is located on the 3rd floor.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Easy access to the beach was a plus. We needed another pillow and Coastal Life was very quick and responsive to take care of that. We appreciated the hooks on the balcony for drying swimsuits! Great library for kids. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and storage needs. The kitchen needed a bit of a more detailed cleaning when we arrived, but nothing drastic. Comfy sitting area. All around nice place for a group with kids.

We had a great stay! The outside deck was a fantastic bonus for us as well as being super close to the beach so the kids could run back to use the bathroom easily! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our condo was clean which is MOST important. We didn’t realize that you have to make the beds which isn’t what you look forward to after a 7 hr drive 😒. The location was good very close to the beach , but it is a good 25 minute drive to the boardwalk.We loved the outdoor balcony especially in the morning with our coffee & the TV was equipped with a lot of streaming options.
When we travel we opt for properties that have a washer & dryer it’s just convenient to pack less & to have clean clothes to bring home. We did 2 loads of laundry & the dryer was fine, we went back to do more a day later (tues) & it wasn’t functioning had to hang wet clothes up on balcony 😒We text the property manager, they did get back to us (wed) with a suggestion, but it didn’t work. They said that they would be sending a maintenance person out to take a look at it. They would text us when they were on their way which they did not. He did a quick look (thurs) at it and said that he needed a part and would be back later on, we checked out Friday morning and we never saw him again. Hopefully they will fix it for the next people that are in the condo. 🙁 It was an average stay plenty of space for the 5 of us , but some updates are needed. Screen doors are old & have makeshift “fixes “. Found it weird there was no dustpan , but a broom??
We did have a nice vacation , just wish we didn’t have “work” to do
