Very spacious and comfortable condo. We did very little cooking, but the kitchen had everything that could possibly be needed, except for the food. We were very pleased with responsive communications with the owner.

A few minute walk from downtown. Close enough to walk, but far enough away to be out of the noise. Nice location on the edge of downtown.

Property was clean and had no outstanding odor. Furniture was comfortable, and appliances worked. The secondary bath shower barely worked however, and there was no stopper for the spa tub. Stepping up into the spa tub for showering could be an issue for some. The property was quite noisy. Both outside noise and sounds from other adjacent apartments were very noticeable. Overall, it was a good value for the cost, but some repairs and updates to the property are needed.
