Everything was as planned. Small difficulty with TV log-in was quickly addressed. House was exactly as we needed and no issues. Mark was an excellent, responsive host. House is well-situated to downtown CdA and we highly recommend.

Great location and lots of charm. The two baths were convenient to bedrooms so each of our two couples had a convenient bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fabulous, clean and comfortable home, close to downtown area and Sanders beach. Also within walking to several delicious and fun restaurants. Mark was very gracious and helpful and always available or returned calls quickly. The house is set up with everything you need. We were impressed with CDA and how accommodating most places were when traveling with a dog. Thank you Mark and Maria.
