Country house, near Vannes, with a lot of charm, quiet. In a cul-de-sac, in a hamlet of 5 houses. Located on the edge of the forest, calm and birds surround you.
Decorated in a 'country chic' style, this house is ideal for recharging your batteries thanks to its calm and its wooded garden.
The garden, not overlooked, will allow you to take beautiful naps in the shade of the cherry trees.
Many trees and flowers attract birds and butterflies of all kinds.

Located 25 minutes from Vannes and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan, 17 minutes from Josselin.
The house:
First floor: a large kitchen-dining area, a spacious living room composed of two parts with 3 sofas, a toilet, a shower room, a large scullery with sink, washing machine, drying rack.
Upstairs: a landing leads to three bedrooms and a toilet.
The garden: You will have a teak garden table that can accommodate 8 people, a parasol, 2 deckchairs, 2 garden armchairs, a Weber charcoal barbecue
The small town of Saint Jean Brevelay, located 9 minutes away by car, will offer you all the necessary shops and services (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...).
We can provide a high chair for baby.
It should be noted that the garden is not enclosed and the house is NOT EQUIPPED with a dishwasher.
