About this villa rental
We are Darren and Gail and we own a fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with South Facing Pool, on the picturesque community of Sandy Ridge, which is surrounded by golf courses and is still only 10 minutes from Disney.
The community is in a tranquil setting with very little traffic and beautiful woodland, surrounding it. Every villa is individually painted with no two villas next to each other the same colour or design and a lovely safe play area for children with slides etc - making the community feel homely.
Our fantastic villa with its contemporary interior design has all the usual amenities you will find in other villas (pool, en suite bedrooms, TV etc) but we go the extra mile including home comforts that make Plutos Palace a real home from home. This spacious modern villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all rooms. It is all on one level which is ideal for the elderly or children, with no stairs to climb.
The family room with its high vaulted ceilings includes 51″ TV, DVD, CD and PS2 will keep the kid & adults entertained. One of the sofas can be transformed into a queen double bed.
The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker and toaster.
We have 3 bedrooms (with sleeping space for 8 adults) there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one king the other queen). The third bedroom being a twin with bathroom opposite making this villa ideal for two families sharing. All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players.
Out onto the patio you have a large 30 x 15 ft South Facing Pool private pool for sun all year round (can be heated upon request). You can laze the day away on the pool furniture with enough loungers for 4 or take a dip with the inflatables provided. The pool deck area is fully screened and has a security fence, and serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
We have a pool safety fence and this can be erected within minutes also child safety locks are fitted to the patio doors.
Our management company will ensure your stay at Pluto’s Palace will be a happy one, and ensure the villa is serviced between lets with clean towels and bed linen included.
The garage has been converted into a games room with a Pool Table, foosball table, an 8ft air hockey table. Also an assortment of games, toys, books, PS2 games and a full DVD library are supplied for your use.

Pluto's Palace is ideally situated for all the attractions Orlando has to offer and the villa has all you need for a perfect holiday in Florida. Everything you need is on hand and the villa is clean and tidy. Good interaction with owners too.

We had a lovely time at Pluto's Palace, everything was as described.
We loved the quiet location of the villa and how close it was to all amenities.
The villa was clean and tidy on arrival, the private pool was a great feature that got lots of use.
All in all, it was an enjoyable, restful holiday.
We may use your villa next year, and would definitely recommend it to others.

This was our 2nd stay at pluto's palace and from the moment you walk into the villa you feel at home & the size of the room blows you away. Internet for the teenagers and pool for the kids
Villa is well positioned for all the parks and eateries
You couldn't fault it warm welcoming spotless
