Me gustó la ubicación, las vistas , el lugar es cómodo la persona que está ahí para recibirnos el señor Sergio muy amable al igual que Diego quien estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia
No me gustó que el persona de limpieza tuviera que estar ahí aunque pedimos privacidad y si nos la dieron pero al pedirla el personal de limpieza actuó molesta durante nuestra estancia otro punto que no me gustó es la limpieza de los trastes y que ya están muy maltratados y de la estufa, además de la limpieza de la alberca que el agua estaba sucia

What can I say, the place is absolutely beautiful! I don't think you could find a better spot. The view is simply breathtaking. My family had a great time enjoying the pool, and my wife especially loved the jacuzzi on the top floor. We’ve already promised ourselves we’ll come back.
A special thanks to Brenda !!!! she was incredibly attentive to every detail and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The admin team was also on top of everything we needed. Considering the area had gone through some tough times a few months ago, the property itself is basically perfect. Highly recommended! We loved Acapulco!!

El alojamiento estuvo fascinante, la vista increíble. Todo estuvo muy bien, desde el acceso, la ubicación, las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas. El anfitrión en comunicación todo el tiempo; el administrador, la señora Brenda y la señora Paty muy amables y muy al pendientes para que tengas una buena estancia.
Agradezco por su comprensión en la confusión que hubo, pero se atendió rápido y muy amable.
Recomiendo ampliamente.
