Location was great
Everything was great, we used the washer and dryer, I guess if there was one thing it would be that the coffee pot did not turn off automatically, we went out for the day and it was still on when we returned, the coffee was burnt to the bottom. Lesson learned

The house was quaint and close to the ocean and Santa Monica pier.
The property was on a very busy street so make sure you have earplugs if you are light sleeper. It’s also oddly decorated and furnished inside with everything from leather couches to Egyptian pyramids. Plus, and this was not mentioned anywhere prior to our getting there, the owner lives on the backside of the house and can be heard from time to time. You could also smell her spicy food when it’s cooking.
