Sehr schöne FeWo in der Nähe des Strandes und der Friedrichstr zum Einkaufen. Einrichtung hat alles, was man so braucht. . FeWo ist gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Ruhige Wohngegend mit Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Kuhfell ist überflüssig. Die Dusche lässt sich etwas schwer in der Temperatur regeln.

Gute Lage, Bäcker nicht weit weg. Schöne große Fensterfront.
Bad zu klein, über dem Waschbecken hängt noch ein Boiler, sehr eng. Alte toilette, in der Dusche waren die Schiebetüren lose, schwergängiges zuziehen. Die Türgriffe vom Bad und Wohnzimmer waren lose und man hatte sie In der Hand.
