Sauber und nett eingerichtet. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern,

The location is really good. 12 minute walk to station, then only two tram stops from Parlament building.
Some stuff were not really clean (kitchen dishes and glasses), and we ran multiple times out of electricity if we got more than two utillities turned on at the same time (example- tv and stove, ac and tv..)

location in a quiet neighbourhood good sound insulation
not much hot water provision the room feels colder in winter maybe due to having reduced insulation in the wall tv does not really work
