Residence récente encore en travaux avec la construction d'une piscine. Appartement avec beaux volumes offrant une belle vue sur la baie et la ville.

L’accueil était vraiment chaleureux et le personnel très sympathique. La décoration est jolie et donne une ambiance agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, et l’emplacement de la résidence est pratique.
La propreté reste à améliorer : dès le premier jour, j’ai trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain et la poubelle n’était pas correctement nettoyée. L’absence de store est aussi gênante car les rideaux ne bloquent pas bien la lumière. Le bruit est un vrai problème : on entend les passages dans les escaliers la nuit et tôt le matin, ainsi que les bruits provenant de la chambre voisine et de l’étage au-dessus. Cela rend le repos difficile.
