Excellent stay at this hotel the night before Thanksgiving. My sister house was full of family so decided to stay here. The rooms are new, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. During Thanksgiving breakfast, the other guests were very friendly and welcoming. Like a big family! Love that!

What is there not to like. Great place!

It was all so very nice ! It was clean, a great breakfast ( more than continental) and located so close to Oak Glen for the Apple Butter Festival. The staff there are so Wonderful! Cindy at the front desk and Jasmin ( over the phone) and at breakfast Alicia , Corinna and Meredith went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Thank you so much ! We will be back next year !

Very friendly staff and rooms are comfortable, one of the best free breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel.

Restroom needed attention there was no conditioner available.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast offering was really well done. While it was mostly the standard breakfast bar options, the staff was consistently present and checking to make sure everything was good, we had what we needed, and everything was clean and fresh. The staff here really takes pride in their presentation and offering and it made a NOTICEABLE difference compared to other places.

The exterior was clean and nicely landscaped. The front desk lady was very nice.

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom floor was sticky, had nail polish on the tile, hair in the sink from previous guest, no Kleenex and obviously not cleaned properly. The sheets weren’t even on the mattress completely and obviously not put on right. The chair had food, hair and excessive crumbs or dirt on it. The ice bucket had water in the bottom of it under a folded ice bag. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned properly. The ac sounded like it was freezing up and making horrible noise. Frequently the ac would stop and it would sound as if it was froze up and chunks of ice breaking loose. At 3 am we turned the thermostat to just fan bc the ac was horrible sounding.

First when check in the lady was so nice and helpful. I got a room by my family which was the best. Im sorry I didn't her name. Great stay. Thank you for everything.

I liked the layout and decor of the hotel. It's fairly new so all the facilities were clean and in good working order. The gym is really nice.

Not really the establishments fault I guess, but the person staying in the room next to me kept their tv on all day everyday. Made it a little difficult to sleep at night.

The property was close to restaurants, shopping and had quick freeway access.

The front desk was busy and there was only one person working the desk during check in. We had to wait for at least 20 minutes.

The property is very modern with nice touches for electronic plug ins, luggage placement. Breakfast was ordinary, but thorough in options. Great safety bar in bathtub/shower. However, opening was a bit narrow for my elderly sister who was with me and has limited flexibility. I loved the luggage carts. The low ones similar to airport baggage carts are more easily maneuverable than the tall ones. Thanks for having the cold water urn in the lobby. It was dreadfully hot there and the water is a life saver.

I got to my room and my keys did not work. I was very irritated with this because I was by myself at the time and had to take my full cart back down to the check in desk. The lady was apologetic. The room was very clean and nicely organized. However, the previous occupant had used the coffee service. It was NOT cleaned up by the housekeeper. Open packets were strewn all around the coffee maker and the filter was still inside the machine. I told the front desk about this and when I returned the packets had been cleaned up and replenished. However, the old filter was still inside the machine! In the scheme of things, this is not egregious but shows simply lack of attention to details. No one wants to clean up after a previous occupant. At breakfast, I needed a decaffeinated tea because my sister cannot have caffeine due to a medical procedure. There were about 12 boxes of tea nicely displayed on a rack, with 3 or 4 boxes of the same tea…all with caffeine. I asked the breakfast service people for a decaffeinated one and was told that they don’t offer one. This surprised me as well as disappointed me because this is very easy to do. A chamomile tea, or a mint.

Location, in general, is ok. However, it was behind a gas station, which bring in customer at times when we need to rest. Of course, it would be nice and convinient if need gas. Another factor for being not so good for those in need of sleep is it’s situated right next to a construction site and they started works at 7 AM.

It would be nice if hotel rooms were build by better sound proof window and walls. Too bad the window is not double layered. The walls also were not equipped with noise reduction material we could hear next door tv sound at 2AM.

I liked that the beds were very comfortable, the amount of room, and comfort there was in the bathroom, the extra storage all around the room was also great, the tiny desk also added more convenience as an artist. The carpeted floors helped after 2 long days of walking.

I did not enjoy the food provided, but I understand that quality will go down for quantity, as there were a lot of guests in. I did not like the random jiggling of our doorknob, multiple times, mind you. I'm unsure if it was other guests confusing our room for their room, or maintenance, but it was somewhat disturbing, not as bad as I'm making it sound, I just have no other way to describe it. The price felt unfair, for the actual amount of time we were in our room, but it was better than staying at an Airbnb, for a worse price. thank you for all you guys did for making our stay as comforting as possible.
