A localização é bem central, fácil acesso a transporte público, restaurantes e atrativos da região central da cidade. O acesso eletrônico também traz a sensação de maior segurança e poupa de vc carregar a chave. Os cômodos são minimalistas, mas são condizentes com o que está ofertado no anúncio. Limpeza boa, chuveiro quente e forte. Roupas de cama e banho limpas. Cama ampla e confortável. Mesmo sendo central, bastante silencioso.
A localização por ser central tem o inconveniente de ter a população mais carente, como população sem teto e drogadictos. Mas é inerente ao centro de São Paulo. Tanto eu quanto meu marido trabalhamos remoto e o local pecou pela falta de uma mesa a mais para nos acomodarmos melhor.

O isolamento acústico dos quartos não é muito bom. Acordei algumas vezes com barulhos feitos por hóspedes do quarto ao lado. Também não gostei da exigência de ter que recolher os lixos, sendo que o preço pago inclui a limpeza do local.

Boa localização. Acomodação exatamente como nas fotos.
Não tem ar condicionado e o ventilador muito pequeno. Senti falta de fogão, mesmo que por indução. Conexão de internet muito instável. Precisei utilizar o meu pacote de redes móveis muitas vezes para ter reuniões pelo computador.
