The apartment is located in a peaceful, pleasant area with easy access to everything you need. It's spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything for a relaxing stay. Since it's situated just outside the town, it's wonderfully quiet at night, making it perfect for a great night's sleep. The owner lives in the house and is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you might need. Grocery stores are only about a five-minute drive away, and there's also a lovely natural swimming spot nearby. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to explore the beautiful Bavarian countryside and who doesn't mind staying away from the hustle and bustle of the town center.

Für unsere Gruppe von 6 Personen hat die geräumige Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern sehr gut gepasst. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Mit komplettem Herd, neuwertiger Spülmaschine und 2 Kühlschränken hat man in der Küche gute Optionen. Am Esstisch kann man auch mit 6 Personen gemütlich sitzen. Der nette Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus, war bei Fragen direkt zu erreichen und hat gerne geholfen. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in ca. 6 Minuten erreichbar; wir konnten dort aber auch sehr gut unser Auto direkt am Bahnsteig parken. Mit dem Zug kann man stündlich bequem nach Nürnberg fahren (27 Minuten). Das Tagesticket kostet nur 21,90 Euro für 2 Erwachsene (+ 4 Kinder).

Einzelnes in der Wohnung könnte zeitnah erneuert werden, wie etwa Stühle und Sitzbank am Esstisch.

Lage war gut, Bahnhof fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Aufteilung der Räume für unsere Gruppe perfekt.
