Location was great for what we needed, walking distance to the shops, a bit further to the beach (~30 mins walk) or an easy drive. Decor was lovely, beds were comfortable, and lots of space.

Hard to just jump out to collect keys, if you were only person collecting you have to park up in carpark and walk over to shop then redirect to home. A key safe would work better. I was also charged on my card for a property damage bond which wasn't applicable and lost out $80 in exchange rates. Should not charge unless damage...a hold card should be sufficient after the price we had already paid for 1 week which was a lot.

Bedrooms were very hot as only one aircon
Main bedrooms fan did not work, luckily my hubby hadn’t left home yet so he bought up a fan

Still owed for BBQ gas bottle as was empty on first day, receipt was handed to office & was informed this would be refunded
Received our deposit back in full
