- O Chuveiro do WC do quarto está com problemas
- Apenas tem um ar condicionado na entrada, o que faz com qie os quartos aqueçam em demasia.

O apartamento muito agradável, cozinha muito completa, limpeza top.
Os colchoes do 2 quarto eram péssimos, existe Ar Condicionada só na sala, em pleno verão, não sei se os quartos serão confortáveis. Devia estar assinalado que só há ac. na sala.
