Fantastic Location

The location of these apartments is fantastic. Right on the harbour, amongst beautifully-restored buildings. Our apartment was large, very clean and comfortable, with everything we need needed and more in the kitchen and living area. One member of staff in particular went out of his way to help us when we needed to put on a clothes wash. Thank you!

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Es waren sehr entspannte Tage, was natürlich auch dem Reisemonat November geschuldet war. Die Heizung hat hervorragend gearbeitet.

Die Rezeption zur Schlüsselübernahme war etwas komplizierter zu finden. Hier wäre eine bessere Auschilderung oder Lageskizze vorteilhaft. Der Kurzzeitparkplatz zum Be- und Entladen ist etwas weit vom Haupteingang entfernt.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr schönen Blick auf den Alten Hafen

Prima Lage mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Alten Hafen von Wismar. Die Wohnung wirkt recht neu und die Einrichtung ist hochwertig.

Eine Waschmaschine ist verfügbar, steht jedoch im Keller des Gebäudes und ist erst nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal zugänglich. Im WC der Wohnung gab es keine Handseife und die Spiegelbeleuchtung hat geflackert. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur eine Pad-Maschine bzw. eine Kaffeekanne mit Filteraufsatz.

Ein Urlaub, wo alles stimmt.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung am Alten Hafen ist hervorragend; die Ausstattung sehr schick und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir haben leider zu spät bemerkt, daß wir den Brötchendienst hätten nutzen können.

Immer wieder toll in Wismar. Meer ist alles.

Wir sind in den letzten Jahren regelmäßig hier und möglichst immer in eine andere FeWo. Wir mögen das Ambiente hier und das der Pkw auf dem großen Parkplatz bei der Gaststätte "Seeperle" steht, stört uns nicht wirklich. Jede FeWo war bisher zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Ja, wir hatten einen Verbesserungsvorschlag zur Einrichtung und dies haben wir der FeWo-Vermittlung auch mitgeteilt. Diese Verbesserung hat aber keine größeren Auswirkungen auf den allgemeinen super Zustand der FeWo.

Zauberhaftes Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, an alles gedacht, super schöne Lage und Aussicht

Reinigungszustand war okay, Bäder und Küche mäßig (u.a. Fliesen, Glas und Chrom verschmiert und nicht richtig sauber). Bei dieser Kategorie und mit Blick darauf, dass es eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung ist, sollte man auch auf Details achten, damit sie das auch bleibt.
