Nice stay in central and clean flat

Nice location (everything easy to reach by foot), kind host with good communication, flat is very clean and with all basic facilities that you need during a trip. Can definitely recommend to stay here!

Great weekend in Saloniki, good loacted apartment with all things you need during stay

Good locaation, close to bus stop from and to airport, lot of shops and bars around, very close to places worth to visit. 1km to sea and white tower, 2,5km to 3 towers, room with good size very well equiped (iron, washing machine, internet, kitchen things), air conditioner with heating function, on Fridays 200m from apartment there is local market with local products.

Lovely stay

Nice studio in the center, just few steps from the sea front, supermarket and everything you need. Easy process to collect the key and to check in. The owner is very friendly and polite.

Lovely stay

Nice studio at the center, in a very good neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. The bus 31 take you to the central bus station (1min walk) and the X1 at the airport (5min walk), the sea is just 6min from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, is brand new with full equipment kitchen, shower Netflix and strong Wi-Fi.

The bed is really uncomfortable and the curtains must change to hide from the outside.

Disgusting and inhabitable

The room is a nice size with a good location and has potential to be a good space with any sort of maintenance and cleaning.

The bathroom was vile and made me sick to the stomach. The shower space and floor has big spots of mould on the wall and floor. There was a revolting smell coming from the bathroom, which filled the room with the scent of mould and dirty drain water, as it mustn't have been cleaned this year. The kitchenware was not usable as it was all very dirty and the sandwich toaster/grill had an accumulation of fluffy mouldy spores. Finally to add to this horrific mess, there were several cockroaches and spiders coming from the kitchen.

The location is good, near the city center and near a bus stop. The apartment is fully furnished.

I saw and killed 4 cockroaches, 3 in the "kitchen side" and one in the "bed side". The smell from the bathroom was disgusting. When we arrived the bed was not done. There were not enough bed sheets.

It is very close to the centre, and there are many stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It’s also really quiet.

There was a certain smell in the bathroom that wouldn’t go away. Found some stains on the pillows and also we found 5 small roaches in the kitchen, one in our bed which caused us some sleepless nights..

It was a good option for a solo trip. Fairly clean and had all the facilities* needed and not expensive. *expect slippers

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű apartman pár napos tartózkodásra közel mindenhez.

Három éjszakát töltöttünk az apartmanban egy rövid hétvégi utazás erejéig. Az apartmanba bejutás gyors és gördülékeny volt, hamar megtaláltuk a bejáratot. Az ajtó trükkösen nyílik de hamar rá lehet jönni a megoldásra. A lakás nagyon jó helyen van, parttól Fehért Toronytól sétatávolságra, bejárattal szemben a túloldalon van egy bolt ahol mindent meg lehet vásárolni, de van hamburgerező, sütemény bolt, kávézó 50 méteren belül. A bejárattól pár méterrel buszmegálló, gyorsan elérhető bármi, reptéri járat megállója is csak 10 perc séta. Az lakás földszinten helyezkedik el egy forgalmas utcában, jól fel van szerelve (vasaló, mosógép, főzőlap, szendvicssütő, teafőző, fagyasztós hűtő). A környék forgalmas de biztonságos. A fürdőben van sampon és tusfürdő, törölközők is természetesen. Nem túl nagy lakás de pár napos tartózkodásra a város nevezetességeinek felfedezésére tökéletes. Az ágy kihúzható de kényelmes, a fűtést légkondival lehet megoldani hűvösebb napokon. A konyha jól felszerelt de egy vízforraló vagy a mikrohullámú sütő nagyon jó lett volna.

A konyhában egy vízforraló és a mikrohullámú sütő nagy segítség lett volna. Nem drága beruházás mégis sokan nem vesznek a szállásra pedig sokat dobna az értékelésen. A tisztaságon lenne mit javítani. Felületes a takarítás, a konyhai ablakok zsírosak koszosak voltak, a zuhanyzó rettenetes állapotban van, egy nagy adag vízkőoldó és egy alapos tisztítás sokat segítene. Az ablakok egy udvarra néznek, napfény nem nagyon jut be a lakásba. Az forgalmas utca zaja csukott ablaknál is behallatszik a lakásba, aki rossz alvó vigyen füldugót.

Гарне розташування, поруч є зупинки транспорту та всілякі магазини. До метро і до набережної 10 хв. пішки. Тихий район. Помешкання просторе. Ліжко зручне, є кондиціонер, пральна машина, можна зробити каву. З господарем було легко комунікувати.

Було б непогано оновити ванну кімнату. Замок на дверях до будинку важко відкрити.

Όλα ήταν όπως πρέπει για την τιμή και τις ημέρες που κάτσαμε. Και για περισσότερες θα καθόμασταν. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Όμορφο διαμερισματακι. Η τοποθεσία είναι τοπ. Ακριβώς απέξω είναι η στάση λεωφορείου. Στο κέντρο. Απέναντι υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ. Υπήρχαν σαμπουάν και νερό και καθαριστικά προϊόντα και σκεύη μαγειρέματος και πετσέτες κ.α.

Φτιάξτε λίγο την εξωτερική πόρτα του κτιρίου,ένα κατσαβίδι θέλει, λίγο σφίξιμο. Δεν φταίει ο οικοδεσπότης βέβαια. Η ντουζιέρα είναι παλιά αλλά δουλεύει. Οι κουρτίνες φτηνές αλλά αρκούν.
