Domek jest w ładnej okolicy wśród drzew, jest przestronny. Duży salon z widokiem na góry. Sypialnie wysokie z dużymi oknami. Dużą zaletą to kominek i przestronna kuchnia.

Właściciele nie dbają o porządek w obiekcie. Okna były obłapiane, pajęczyny na lampach, szyba kominka brudna, pościel bardzo nie przyjemna w dotyku ( chyba z domieszką satyny) źle się pod nią spało co stwierdzili wszyscy uczestnicy obiektu. W górnej łazience przecieka prysznic i zalewa całe pomieszczenie. Ściany w sypialniach bardzo źle wygłuszone, słychać rozmowy współlokatorów jak by byli w tym samym pomieszczeniu co jest ogromnym minusem tego obiektu. Łóżka nie wygodne, szczególnie w dwóch sypialniach od strony wschodniej. Obiekt znajduje się na wzniesieniu gdy droga jest oblodzona nie sposób bezpiecznie zejść do przystanku autobusowego.
