Comfortable and clean. Great pool and gym, building is very nice and safe. 15 min walk to the mall or take a grab. Nice place to stay for a longer period of time too or for example for working remote, fast wifi too.

location was a bit tricky to find and access, had to rely on grab/uber to get to and from
verty strict and also we had trouble getting our deposit back which up to now we have NOT received even after contacting them. once they said it has been refunded and provided a receipt with no recipient name on it and then changed it to saying fund was only "held" and released therefore no transfer happened. but the fund was actually taken out by the vendor (we have provided evidence)
