Wanakaset Panama

We had a fantastic stay at Wanakaset Farm. We received a very warm welcome and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The house is nestled in the middle of the jungle and is equipped with every convenience. It has a washing machine and dryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The large, beautiful swimming pool was perfect, and the property is surrounded by a stunning tropical garden. We were given a tour of the garden and had the chance to taste the most delicious fresh fruits straight from the trees. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend staying here.

Het huis is een vakantiewoning gelegen op een afgelegen stuk landgoed waar nog een paar woningen staan. Het is een fantastisch, rustig gelegen terrein midden in een prachtige omgeving. Het zwembad is fantastisch! Vanuit het zwembad kun je kijken naar de kolibries die druk heen en weer vliegen van bloem naar bloem. Het huis zelf is erg goed uitgerust, vooral de keuken. Wij hebben ons verbaasd over alle apparaten waar we gebruik van konden maken zoals een blender en twee koffiemachines voor verschillende bereidingen. Er stond zelfs een machine om ijsklontjes te maken. De host, Mariel is erg aardig en zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij. Ze kwam ons zelfs mango's uit Wanakaset en uit haar eigen tuin brengen zodat we het verschil konden proeven. We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Vanuit deze lokatie zijn Boquette en David prima te bereiken. Het laatste stuk weg naar het landgoed is niet verhard en heeft wat diepe kuilen maar dat maakt het avontuur compleet wat ons betreft.

Wat ons betreft helemaal niet!

Mariel, who took care of the house, is a wonderful person and was always in touch and responded to any questions we had. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a stay, in particular in the kitchen. The gardens and pool were also highlights of the location.

The road to the location was unpaved and very difficult to reach. The accommodation is beautiful, but it should be noted that a 4x4 car is needed to reach the house.

Unieke accommodatie op een prachtige locatie midden in de natuur. Mariel was de meest vriendelijke, rustige en behulpzame host! Ze stond voor je klaar wanneer je maar iets nodig had of vragen had. Never leave! ;) We hadden het grote lange zwembad helemaal voor ons alleen, heel relaxt. Faciliteiten in het huisje waren super. Voorzien van alle soorten a-merk apparatuur. De bedden waren comfortabel en groot. Een super groot terrein waar je ook leuk ook verkenningstocht kon gaan.

De weg ernaar toe is zeer hobbelig. Een 4x4 auto is zeker aan te raden.
