Love that the condo was updated. Love that the master had a king size bed. The location is perfectly situated between the mountain and town and I received communications about my rental regularly.

The fireplace didn't work correctly, we would have to manually turn in the gas on and light it everytime we wanted to use it which I wasn't comfortable with.

Excellent location, very comfortable and well equipped apartment.

I booked it because it had a fireplace. It was not working but we didn’t know until we checked in. Hot tubs & pool at the Clubhouse were wonderful after a long day skiing, but the hot tubs were dirty with scum lines around water surface. No grocery store close by, within walking distance.

Location was great and the water pressure in the bathroom shower was great. Lauren was very sweet.

There is no air conditioning which is not stated anywhere in the booking. There was a huge stain on the duvet for the bed, that looked like blood. Almost everything we used in the kitchen was dirty and we had to clean it before use, there were sticky remnants, lip stains and crusted food on plates, pans, bowls, etc. Non stick pans were scratched which is probably because the plastic spatulas were melted and people probably use the metal spatulas, which makes the pan toxic and does not cook well. There was no salt or pepper in the shakers, and no oil to cook with. The closet has extra pillows but no covers, so we only had two semi flat pillows to sleep on. There is a flight of stairs down from the parking lot and then two flight of stairs up to the unit, which is also not clearly stated anywhere and might be an issue for some people with heavy luggage or injuries.
