The location is perfect for the beach & for the village. Also a huge supermarket is a 3 minute walk. I’ve stayed in 3 properties in this area & this has been the best

Un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare, con auto o moto a noleggio, tutta l'isola.
Letto comodo, bagno con box doccia , cucina con tutti gli accessori, acqua, succo d'arancia miele locale come benvenuto.
Comunicazione con l'host via messaggio.
Insomma una scelta da ripetere per il prossimo viaggio nella splendida isola di Kos.

Wir reisen schon seit einigen Jahren in das schöne Mastichari und kennen uns dort sehr gut aus. Der wunderschöne Strand ist zu Fuß nur 5 min und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit nur 2 min entfernt. Von daher war die Lage für uns optimal, die Räumlichkeiten waren mehr als ausreichend, es war alles sauber und auch das Badezimmer hatte genügend Stauraum. Jederzeit konnten wir über warmes Wasser verfügen. Die Küche war, für dortige Verhältnisse, mehr als gut ausgestattet, so dass es keine Schwierigkeiten gab, sich selbst zu versorgen.
Leider hat diese Unterkunft, bei allen Vorzügen, ein großes Problem. Das Bett sollte keinem weiteren Gast so angeboten werden. Hier ist an entspannten Schlaf leider nicht zu denken. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir massive Rückenschmerzen. Das Lattenrost und die Matratze sind keineswegs für irgendeinen Rücken geeignet. Die Eigentümer sollten sich dieser Tatsache annehmen und investieren. Ein tolles großes Bett mit ordentlichem Lattenrost und entsprechend sehr guter Matratze wäre ein absoluter Pluspunkt für diese Unterkunft. Dann würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
