Walking distance to the beach
Not worth the price, no air conditioning, the bed is bad for sleeping you wake up with a sorrow back one of the sheet smells, too much noise from the neighbor.

avoir une climatisation, un parasol sur la terrasse afin de limiter les vis a vis avec les appartement à l'étage, une porte d'entrée insonorisée, d'autre choses mais pas en cause l'Hôte ( propreté rue)

It is a very practical studio at a great location. The washing Machine is definetly a plus!
It was really poorly isolated, at a certain point, it felt like the whole Block was in our room... really really loud! And a bit too expensive, there were a lot of extra costs..
