It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom was downstairs and the stairs were quite steep. Not good when you have a bad leg.

It was a good location as we just wanted somewhere to stop off on a long drive down from Aberdeen.
It was dirty. Sticky kitchen floor. Goop over the bin and the fridge and freezer handles. Fridge smelt bad. Cigarette in the toaster. Utensils and crockery dirty. 🤢 Lots of dusty corners and cobwebs hanging from the ceilings.
The beds were quite firm with a very deep memory foam layer which none of us liked.
It is small - fine for a short stay.
