My wife and I just got back from a wonderful week in this great apartment. The owner met us on arrival, we immediately liked the apartment which is modern, clean, and has two great balconies. It even has UK electrical sockets so we needn’t have packed the adaptors. It’s in a great location near to shops, restaurants, and bars, the building is well maintained, with a very nice pool. All in all we would highly recommend this apartment.

I choose this apartment based on the reviews and as it was a surprise trip for my partner I wanted for us to stay somewhere really nice. We had our 17 months old son with us. The hosts were travelling so they weren't there to receive us and we never got the chance to meet them. I received a video with instructions on how to reach the flat once we enter the building. We collected the keys from a box outside the building. The place is beautiful, modern and very tidy. Location is great as it's not right in the middle of the busy areas but close enough in case you would want to go out and explore. Two days after we arrived we noticed that there was barely any hot water, we weren't aware of the fact that there was a boiler on one of the balconies. Once we found out it turned out that it was switched off. After turning it on we kept getting electricity cuts. We couldn't have two devices switched on at the same time without putting a lot of pressure on the fuse box which led to a power cut every single time. I am not an expert but it didn't feel safe to have an electricity issue especially when you have a toddler around. The host wasn't available as she was travelling and nobody else was around in her place. Her response to the issues wasn't particularly helpful as she was saying that she would look into that when she returns, we would have been long gone by then. That was a big issue for me and not ideal, I didn't expect that based on the reviews. Also, it would have been nice to get a high chair for our kid, as the table and the chairs are high and he couldn't sit there safely.

It would have been helpful to have a small booklet inside the flat with "good to know" info and a person who could be around when the hosts are not.
