Emplacement idéal pour visiter à pieds, le logement est très spacieux, propre et confortable, la piscine est un plus.

Beaucoup trop d’envoi de mails, messages automatiques. Les règles strictes de la résidence où l’on sent que les touristes ne sont pas forcément bienvenus.

Que tiene aire acondicionado en sus dos habitaciones y otro en el salón, es grande y no le falta de nada ,está en el barrio de Albaicín, tiene cochera que es un punto importante,y la piscina que se agradece.

Que tiene una escalera de caracol para subir a las habitaciones y para subir maletas está bastante complicado.Y para acceder a la vivienda tanto por el garaje como por la entrada general son escaleras no tiene ascensor.

El baño tenía bichos y estaba muy descuidado, el horno estaba sucísimo , no pude usar ni la piscina ni la plaza de garaje

Misleading info - where washing machine (a key criteria for our booking) was not available, despite it being listed on the booking.com site- the host mentioned they forgot to update …. Floors are dirty and not cleaned, apartment is dusty. Aircon units (if all turned on for lounge and 2 bedrooms)can trip the power circuit and turn off all electricity - this happened a few times. Spiral stairs to bedrooms are very tight - prone to slip Parking lot allocated was very tight and took multiple manoeuvres to park as there was a big van parked beside our lot.
