The house was perfect for our family event. The rooms are spacious and the deck is huge! The kitchen is a good size and the appliances seem fairly new. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

Deck is lovely and is well depicted in the photos
Renters need to know that it is very rustic and the property is extremely difficult to find at night. As long as you know you are getting an old rural Florida property, you will be quite satisfied. Interior was clean although there were lots of cobwebs that needed to be handled as it appeared to have not been rented in some time. Definitely a little overpriced for the type of home but the owner is doing some nice things with the grounds.
