Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.
We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun!
Current hours for the amenities are 4 PM–8 PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 3 PM-9 PM on Friday, 11 AM–7 PM Saturday & Sunday, Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. The waterpark will close for the season Nov 1–Jan 31, but the clubhouse—including the arcade, restaurant, golf simulator, cabanas, and spas—will remain open during that time. A new parking lot is also underway and expected to be completed by end of December.
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Property Manager guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
