The quietness,
the comfortable bed,
the high level of cleanliness,
the good shower with toiletries supplied,
milk, etc. in the fridge
the secure location behind the host's house,
the nearby parking,
convenience to the town.
The property didn't promise cooking facilities but a kitchenette would have enhanced the experience for me if it had been there.
