Everything was exactly as expected from the pictures and the description. Communication with the host via chat was perfect and very easy. The host’s family was extremely welcoming and always ready to give advice about the area or answer questions. Especially in winter, it was very nice that the place had real heating and not just AC heating, which made my stay much more comfortable. The view over the Tbilisi skyline was much better than expected and a real highlight. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay.

Very good appartment in Saburtalo Tbilisi. Very clean. Fresh overhaul. Got everything i needed. Hosts a very nice, even thouw i was 1.5 late to check in.

Everything was splendid from my perspective. Nino was very punctual and professional with the booking. And her brother, Gigi, was extremely welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. He even gifted us a bottle of wine of his own making, which was delicioso! Made us feel completely at home. Helped with absolutely everything we needed. The flat has pretty much everything you may need, and there are numerous shops nearby. I definitely recommend this option for a budget traveler!

The only real issue is that the flat is on the 6th floor if recall correctly. And there's no elevator. This is something that the host can't do anything about, obviously. So no blame here. But be ready to do some PE if you've got lotsa luggage with you :) Another (minor) issue that I've mentioned to the host already is that there was no wardrobe/closet, only the coat-rack installed on the wall next to the front door. This isn't really an issue as such for a short-term stay, but it might be somewhat inconvenient for those looking to stay for a bit longer. In any case, I'm sure this new improvement is on the way. And this didn't take away from the positive experience.
