Location. Beds super comfy.
Breakfast served, water in teaCoffee tasted bad. Would of been nice to have different types of milk for hot beverages. View outside window, just dirt, would be nice to see landscaping outside. Couch outside very worn and uncomfortable.

We liked the location and functionality of the hotel and room.
The key card door to get into the hotel wouldnt open for us, other guests, or the manager. Made it very inconvenient for my husband who neede to go out to the car in the middle of the night.
Also there was a strange smell in the room that never went away for the entire trip.

The room was big and stylish in hike/camping theme. Both room and bathroom were very clean.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re a light sleeper. We had the room across the ice maker and it was horrible. The machine made so much noise during the night that I don’t understand why you would have a room next to it.
After the first night I went to the reception to ask another room because we had 2 more nights to go and I’m not paying that much to have no sleep. At first I got a friendly hello, but when asking to change, the guy wasn’t that friendly anymore, like I was annoying him with my request.
I did a mistake myself by giving the wrong room number (204 instead of 402), but this is not a reason to become rude when I was polite and friendly the whole time. Mistakes can happen, and if the guy is not understanding this, ask my name or my actual room key.
The other staff at the reception were very friendly.
We got another room but still the rooms are not very good isolated. If it wasn’t the road outside that you could hear, it were other guests talking to each other (not screaming).
