Art Deco Apt w Pool One Mile to Beach Pets Welcome

The lovely Art Deco exceeded our expectations. It was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The tropical landscaping was a plus. Also, the host was very responsive to any needs or questions we had.

This property is a true GEM! If you’re seeking total comfort, that provides a lot of privacy, and ultra clean facilities - well taken care of and inside and out. Came down for my birthday - a repeat visit to this property. Excellent location! Tons of amenities inside and out. The owners and staff are extremely dedicated in ensuring that you have all you need to have the best visit. They’re beyond friendly and kind - and as responsive as you could imagine - answering all questions and providing insights on things to do — while in the area. The pool is so satisfying and refreshing. So clean, well lit at night - with comfortable chairs and small water fountains shooting streams in the pool that relaxes your mind and body. The bathroom is ultra clean, fully stocked with all you need, outside of any other personal items you would prefer to pack. Bedding is extra comfortable with clean, fresh sheets and linens - accompanied by many pillows (some firm - some soft) - WiFi is strong and fast! Provides a great opportunity to check in with work, if need be without loosing access. Nice kitchen - clean, fully equipped with anything you need. Even a blender!! Dishwasher - full size fridge/freezer to place any groceries you may need - if you’re cooking on site. Tons of restaurants within a short and reasonable walking area. Location! Location! Location!!! Lots of people want to be in Palm Beach - not me, I want to be Lake Worth and this is a perfect spot! Nice living room - the latest tv’s, allowing you to connect to any streaming services you may already have subscriptions to and comfortable couch’s! The property is spotless!! You will not regret your stay. I look forward to returning very soon and for my birthday visits every year.

It was an adorable condo and very clean. Updated

We arrived at 10:30 pm temp in unit was 89. Took until 1 am to get to 80. Had unit set around 72 woke up and it had gone back up to 78. The ac works fine but I had these issues with Nest at home. If you don’t clear out schedule it will go back to your settings when home away was on. I was sick all weekend so had to stay in and in middle of afternoon thermostat reset from 75 to 78 back to owners home away temp. This was only real frustration. Spotty internet. I needed to work and finally caught an hour where it stayed on for an hour straight Owner very friendly over text Unit great. But I would need a fix to the ac situation walking into a room that was so hot made trying to go to sleep unbearable that first night. I’d have to plan on No streaming My dog would have loved it they had a pet welcome basket.
