After staying in the centre of Milan this was just what I was looking for - quiet, suburban and with a local feel. Lovely local cafe and wine bar very friendly people. 23 minutes on the local bus, which is just 30m away, to the main Florence train station, or an 8 minute train journey to the local train station, a 15 minute walk away.
Facilities are acceptable at this price and the air conditioning perfect for a quiet comfortable nights sleep. No notable dislike at all. Highly recommended for the price.
