Pięknie zaścielone łozka, bardzo nowoczesny design domku, przestrzennie, strefa komfortu, strefa gier, strefa jedzenia - ekstra! Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, nawet w krzesełko do karmienia dziecka. Światło w salonie że ściemniaczem. Gry flippery sprawne. Pralka, suszarka i zmywarka sprawne. Basen czysty. W szopce obok domku znalazły się piłki do zabawy czy akcesoria na basen. Telewizory sprawne, z możliwością zalogowania się do YT. Wifi szybkie. Lokalizacja doskonała. 8 minut drogi na tanger outlets, 8 minut drogi na manatee lagoon, 5 minut do Walmart. 25 minut pieszo na Magonia station (bezpośredni pociąg do Miami / Miami airport). Okolica bezpieczna, sąsiedzi mili.
Niestety w domku nie było tych czerwonych krzeseł ze zdjęć, ani leżaków. To nam nie przeszkadzało, ale szkoda, że nie było. Szkoda też, że wokół basenu nie ma oznaczeń głębokości.

The house was an excellent stop for our two-night stay while traveling from MIA to Kissimmee. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the interstate and plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The beach was also only a short drive away. The home was very spacious, featuring a wide open floor plan that made it comfortable for our group. We were a party of nine and had more than enough space to eat together at the large dining table, which was a great feature. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and easy to use. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Although it was a bit cool to use the pool, it looked clean and well maintained. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located home that suited our needs perfectly.
We had a minor issue with the dishwasher not getting water, but it was handled immediately. A repairman came out very quickly, reset it, and it worked perfectly afterward, which we really appreciated.

Large size living area, furniture, large well equipped kitchen, large size beds, huge back yard, operating and cleaned swimming pool and quite location.
I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone only due to the condition of bathrooms, as 2 out of 3 toilets were clogged, despite several request no one came to attend and repair it. instead, I received the text messages that the issue has been resolved.
All 6 people staying there ended up using the small toilet at the back of the property.
Other than that, front door numbered lock was broken and was hit and miss to open it, there was no water coming in the master bathroom and make shift bedroom in the lounge has a barn style very heavy hanging door, which was de-railed and was a safety risk to the family.
Despite the property was well renovated has 3 bathrooms, extra large size beds, well equipped kitchen, and huge backyard with operating and cleaned swimming pool, our stay wasn't very pleasant and enjoyable trying to manage the clogged toilets and taking turns to single working bathroom.
