Magnolia House #510- Gone Gulfin'

Been here before. Great location and view, morning and afternoon. New kitchen faucet, new coffee pot, new refrigerator- upgrades from the old ones. Sinks, toilets, and showers were clean.

Dirty and is showing its age. Floor to entry area in linai was dirty, splattered with spots. No one took a quick swipe with a mop. Floor inside the unit was dirty. Took a Swiffer and mopped floors- filthy. Don't look under beds or couches, chairs! Room darkening drapes in main area are originals (40 years old?), ripped, shredding, etc. Rugs at entry area in linai and outdoor porch - who knows when they were vacuumed last? Drawers to side of main bed missing round handles- couldn't pull open or use. Cheap and very few utinsels, dishware, and cups/glasses.

The condo was nicely decorated and a good size. The tub was great.

Holes in the wall in master bedroom. The curtain in the living room was torn badly and needed to be replaced. Lots of light bulbs needed to be replaced. Only 1 working elevator. Crowded pool ( it is for entire Destin Pointe community) Tram was out of order. Very long hard walk to the beach for elderly. Thick sand. No boardwalk.

Ease of checking in with the digital keypad. Loved the tram service provided!

The elevator wasn’t working on the ground floor. So we had to use it from the first floor up. We almost got stuck on it as well.
