Otoczenie apartamentu oceniam bardzo wysoko. Cisza, spokój, wszechobecna zieleń bardzo dużo kwiatów, czysty basen.
Sam apartament mocno zapomniany i zaniedbany. Wyposażenie bardzo stare i zużyte, naczynia brudne, trzeba było wymyć. Brak klimatyzacji były tylko wentylatory

la casina si trova all interno di un residence molto bello sulla collina ed è immersa nel verde, il residence dispone di un piscina molto grande e bella dotata di trampolino e di una piscina più piccola per i bambini. la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e la cucina è attrezzata per poter far colazione o cenare in loco se uno lo desidera. il panorama è veramente bello, si vede Stromboli e se non c è foschia anche le altre isole delle Eolie
la casa si trova a circa 10 metri dalla ferrovia e il rumore dei treni la notte a volte é un problema. la veranda è priva di ombra e il sole picchia fino al tardo pomeriggio riscaldando molto la casa che non è provvista di aria condizionata.
