The grill was prepared and had equipment there. Other than that the apartment is quite basic and sadly not the one we saw on the pictures as these are multiple rooms in the building.
We were lucky that the house was empty until annother apartment was used for the last few days, then we noticed that every water droplet from the second floor ran past out ground floor apartment and we got woken up by toilet flushing or showering every day since the apartment above us got used
