La piscina privada. La urbanización muy tranquila. La situación que tiene, desde allí puedes visitar cualquier punto de la Costa Brava.

La casa está anticuada, necesita arreglos. Sobretodo que tienen rotas las baldosas del patio donde se sale a la piscina. También está suelta la escalerilla de la piscina.
