Everything is okay, facilities, location, owner and so on. I will give 5/5 ☆ for this apartment, if I go to Ipoh again I will take this room.
It's just that the restaurants nearby are rarely open, but there are many restaurants within 1 km, you just need to type 'restaurants near me' to eat. Homestay has no problems, just the TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV.

The house is clean. Instructions are simple and clean.
The sliding door cannot be locked. Dangerous when kids are around, they can simply push the sliding door to the balcony.

Everything was good, apartment was clean, they had washing machine, hairdryer, boiler, clean bedsheets, comforters, pillow cases, bathroom was clean too. Enjoyed our stay. Close to town and eateries, 5 mins drive or less. Will definitely book this place again! Aircond in all 3 rooms except in living room. there's 2 fans instead. It was cool nevertheless . Easy check in. The owner was very helpful in easing the check in process

Had a lovely stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was friendly and responsive. Perfect for a short getaway with family. Highly recommended!
