Anchors Away

Loved the location was so grateful could have your dog inside. Would love to know where they got there couch from and what material it was made from. Will definitely stay there again.

Just the rocks out the back but understand why it’s there.

This was a most amazing location. Central to cafes, walking trails, shops & stunning views from the deck. Anchors Away made for a perfect holiday as we could bring our beautiful dog baby. Linen & towels conveniently provided.

Kitchen could be a little better equipped. Crockery/cutlery/pots & pans were a bit sparse. Kettle didn't work. Also 1 dishwasher tablet for the week was not really adequate. Some items listed on Booking.com weren't there (hairdryer) Once again Coffin Bay Rentals to the rescue. There seemed to be some confusion/miscommunication with the booking & payment process. We kept getting invoices from both Booking.com & Coffin Bay Rentals. Staff were prompt & efficient in sorting out problems.

Location view exceptional.

Key code incorrect and had to phone manager to get access to property. Necessitated a wait. Cleaning not up to acceptable standard - microwave dirty and BBQ unusable - both needed manager to come and clean. No coffee making facilities - not even coffee pot. No tea or coffee provided. Crockery minimum. Dishwasher poor. Lock on safety gate to balcony broken - dangerous for children. Steep stairs to access property at the front - difficult for older persons and for carrying luggage. No table on balcony for eating.
