About this house rental

Family villa of 140m2 completely renovated in 2025 in a quiet, authentic and not overlooked environment overlooking the magnificent cove of Portigliolo (less than 5 minutes from the beach and a boat anchorage). Our villa, in the middle of nature, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the peninsula of La Castagna. The private swimming pool, surrounded by many fruit trees, has a heat pump. You will enjoy this magical and typical setting at all times of the day thanks to ideal sunshine and multiple terraces with sea view and maquis view. On a landscaped garden of 1500m2, our house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, plancha, ... Many shops and restaurants nearby. The famous beaches of Argent and Ruppione are 7/10 minutes away by car and Cala d'Orzu is less than 20 minutes away. Ajaccio airport is 35 minutes from the house.
