About this apartment rental
This ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooks the 1st Green on the Colonial Charters Golf Club. Open floor plan. Sliding doors from living room and primary bedroom lead to a screened porch. Seasonal outdoor pool. Close to shopping, dining and easy access to Highway 31. The beaches in Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach are just a 15 minute drive away.
This property features a galley style kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and equipped with plate ware, glass ware, and cooking essentials. This unit also has a full size washer and dryer.
Upon arrival you will find that the beds are made, towels in each of the bathrooms, small soaps, shampoo and toilet tissue to get you started. There are also a couple of dish and laundry pods for your use.
NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Please see our other Rental Rules and Regulations. This home does not allow pets. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $225.00 is charged per reservation. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the condo if you need them refreshed during your stay. Parking is no charge but permits may be required, parking is limited and on a space available basis. We do not stock the condo however we provide a few items to get you started before you go to one of the many stores located a short drive from the condo.
THE CONDO IS SMOKE FREE to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, marijuana or similar items or devices. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejectment without refund.
