4. No visitors allowed unless approved by the host in advance.
5. Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned and sanitized. We offer 24/7 guest support. For security, exterior-only cameras are located at the front of the home monitoring the parking area and front door. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
6. No early check-in or late check-out** on same-day turnovers.
7. When available, early/late check options: $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), full night rate (>4 hrs).
8. Booking Refunds: For non-Airbnb bookings, a 3% Stripe processing fee is deducted from any refunds.

Amazing place on the river!!! Absolutely loved all the amenities - game room, hot tub & sauna, fire table on the back deck watching boats float by, and the leaves especially!! To add to it, Kapil was an excellent host - very responsive even provided a rake so we could play in the leaves (don’t have “Fall” in the south… Highly Recommend for gathering families! Interesting layout but very liveable and worked great for our 3-gen/10-per fam. Would definitely rent again!
