Wow what an awesome place to stay! Even better than the pictures (which is saying something!). The house is large with high ceilings and is very comfortable and the backyard is a perfect oasis for hanging out. We were a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone! Joe was an incredibly responsive and attentive host. He checked in throughout our entire stay to see if there was anything we needed. We used car services and Uber/lyfts to get around and it was very easy and was only a short drive to get to Healdsburg. Would most definitely stay here again!

The house is exactly as described! It has everything you need whether you plan to take advantage of the amenities of the property or touring the surrounding wine country, or alittle of both. Joe was a great host, available and responsive to a few questions that we had. The house has a keurig and basic spices like salt/pepper and brita water jugs in the fridge. I would stay here again for sure next time I am in Sonoma.

We loved our 2-night stay. We especially loved that each person in our group had their own bedroom (and bathroom). The house is beautifully designed with comfortable beds and couches. The living/dining room has gorgeous massive ceilings. We also loved the huge dining table for meals/games, etc. The aesthetic throughout the house was right up the alley of our group. Everything you need is provided and has been thoughtfully curated. Every room was well-appointed and very clean.The hot tub and pool were fantastic to enjoy. One thing to note is if you opt-in for the extra charge of having the pool heated, it still felt too cold for most of us. Joe the owner mentioned it was heated to 84 degrees. He was very responsive with each question we reached out about.Another thing to be mindful of is that there are close neighbors on the hot tub side of the fence. It seems they are very sensitive to noise. We tried our best to be careful of our voices, but probably lost track after enjoying some good wine. I mention it in case your group wants a place to really let loose, play music and hang out late, you'll need to do that indoors or find a more remote VRBO.That said, it is totally a 5-star rental all the way. We were super happy with our choice to book there. Bottom line is each person in our group at some point over the weekend decided they never wanted to leave. We hope to rent it again next year for a longer stay.

The [outdoor amenities, e.g., patio, fire pit, or stunning views] were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Plus, the location was ideal – close enough to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and private.The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with great communication and thoughtful touches like [welcome basket, local recommendations, etc.]. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience.We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return for another stay. I can't say enough about how perfect this property is! Joe has done an outstanding job of anticipating a traveler's needs, including having lighted makeup mirrors in each bathroom for the ladies! The location is perfect - only a short distance from US 101 and charming downtown Windsor. Oliver's Market is also a short distance away, which was useful as we cooked dinner and breakfast most nights and mornings. The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming and very tastefully decorated. It was very nice to have a family room and a living room. The ladies were able to watch a movie in the living room, while the men watched sports in the family room. The patio and backyard are perfect as well. Although we didn't have an opportunity to use them on this trip, the heated pool and hot tub are a wonderful addition. We did spend some time each evening by the fire pit before dinner. We enjoyed the fireplaces inside the house as well. Joe is an exceptional host and always responded promptly - most of the time within minutes. Check-in was easy since there is a keypad on the front door. Joe also thoughtfully provided recommendations on grocery stores, dining, wineries, etc. I hope Joe won't mind, but I'd like to give a shout out to Chef Adair Catering. We had a catered dinner one evening and the service and food provided were excellent! Our travel group has stayed in many homes in the US and abroad and Joe's lovely home is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Joe!

We’re in CA for a wedding and decided to spend a few days exploring Sonoma County. We had 12 people in our group and Joe’s home was the perfect choice for us. The home was EXACTLY as pictured online. My whole group was SO HAPPY with the accommodations. The home is not only beautiful, it’s comfortable, welcoming, warm, and inviting. We had plenty of space inside and outside. Cooked on the grill and in the huge kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor area, pool & spa! Joe was awesome, providing much detail about his home and always prompt in answering any questions I had. My group and I will definitely book Joe’s place again on our next trip to Sonoma County! THANK YOU AGAIN JOE!

We were very much impressed with this property. We had five families and everybody had their own bedroom. The property was very clean and well decorated. Our host Joe was very communicative as well. All the accommodations were top-notch. Our grandkids, especially, had the best time with the pool and the lovely backyard.

We have a family tradition of gathering every year for a summer vacation. We've spent time in Tahoe, Sonoma, Napa, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Guerneville, Occidental, and, of course, when the kids were little at Disneyland. Windsor this year was amazing. The five bedroom home with five baths was pure luxury for us. The pool, hot tub, corn hole, ping pong kept our competitive nature finely honed. Our host, Joe, sent us all the info we needed, including, a detailed list of places to see and do around Windsor. He was readily available when taking a call about a minor problem in the kitchen and had a handyman to fix it within 12 hours. The house is beautiful , neat and clean, comfortable with all that we needed for a great week. Thank you Joe. We have a great time!!!!

This house was perfect for our bachelorette weekend of 13 girls. The house was so nice - spacious and clean and looked exactly as pictured in the listing. The backyard was also great and had lots of fun amenities with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The location is also great - just a 10 min drive from downtown Healdsburg and centrally located by lots of great vineyards. Joe was very responsive and helpful also. We would definitely recommend!

My closest friends and I stayed at Joe’s place for a long weekend. It was perfect for all 10 of us, as each couple got their own bed and bathroom. The house was comfortable with tons of space and amenities, which included a gym room, games, pool, and jacuzzi. We liked the location of Windsor — quiet, suburban, and safe. Our host, Joe, was extremely communicative and hospitable. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights for our annual wine trip. We are 5 women in our fifties, so loved each having our own large bedroom and private bathroom. After our days exploring wineries and cycling, it was so nice to come ‘home’ for a hot tub, swim and dinner outdoors before heading to the large but very cozy great room for our evening chats. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood with nicely kept homes and gardens that we explored on our morning walks. The kitchen was well stocked, including staples of oils, vinegars and spices, along with filtered water and coffee. Comfortable beds, pillow choices, soft sheets and towels - nothing was overlooked. I have rented several vacation homes and Joe is one of the kindest and most responsive owners I have come across. I will certainly book again!

We stayed for 2 nights at Joes property with our extended family (6 adults, 4 kids ages 1-11). The house far exceeded our expectations and Joe as a host was wonderful. The beds are comfortable, house is nicely decorated and layed out. Kitchen is GREAT with all the supplies you could want and a very nice set of knives. Kids had plenty to do with the pool, hot tub and ping pong table in the garage. After we checked in, we realized there was a pack n play for our baby as well. Joe was very responsive and was even able to accommodate slightly off check in-check out to align with our baby’s nap schedule. The location is great- few minute drive from a playground, good grocery store and 10 min from downtown healdsburg. Would 100%stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in wine country. Thank you for an incredible weekend!

Location-wise, the house was within 15 minutes from all the vineyards we wanted to go to. There were also shops and a grocery store a few minutes away. Definitely recommend!

From the quality of the towels to the bed and furniture everything was top notch. Beds and couches were very comfortable, tvs and sound systems were very high quality and that’s before we talk about the beautiful pool and back yard. There were many things that weren't ideal for myself and my group starting with the check in and check out time. After you book you will see that check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM. This is not a standard stay by any means. The kitchen has no wine glasses. The hot tub had severely decreased water levels and sprayed us with water when we attempted to put it on. The owner had the hot tub emptied and maintained while we there causing our dogs to be upset by the disturbance and cutting further into our time. This home is in a suburb neighborhood and is a track home. Not really the respite we were expecting. The home is well appointed and nicely decorated/comfortable, but the management of the property left much to be desired.

We have our an annual reunion for 5 families and this place makes us feels like home. The house is spacious, modern and cleaned. Kids had so much fun at the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The host is very kind and super responsive when we need help. Great location too. 15 mins to Safari West for and Healdsburg with plenty of choose for food and wine. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We needed a house to gather 3 generations of our family for the week. This house was perfect! And, the owner made sure we were comfortable and informed of anything we needed to take care of. We loved the big pool and outdoor area, and the many bathrooms were perfect for the different families. If you're looking for a house in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to downtown Healdsburg and Santa Rosa, this is the place!
