Falls Cottage is a well-equipped, picture-perfect story-book cottage surrounded by pretty-as-a-picture cottage gardens and located only a ten minute walk from the town centre of Marysville, en route to the beautiful Stephensons Falls. The property is located at the end of a no-through-road street so there is no passing traffic. The cottage offers a cosy log fire in winter (not operational during the summer months), two living areas and large under cover back deck to watch the stunning sunsets on summer nights. Falls Cottage abuts state forest and is central to a host of bush walks, bike rides, waterways and stunning scenery. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, crockery and cookware provided. There are two lounge areas to enjoy. One is a light and bright sunroom with French doors, flat screen tv, an abundance of natural light and a cosy log fire with firewood supplied through the winter months. The other lounge areas opens out onto the large deck and the garden and also offers a flat screen tv. There are two levels in the cottage - an upstairs mezzanine Queen size bedroom and a downstairs double bedroom. Both offer quality linen. The bathroom and two toilets (one in the laundry) are both downstairs with bathroom amenities as well as towels supplied. Laundry offers front loading washer and dryer for your use.
