About this house rental
This cozy country club condo is in a great location and has a lovely contemporary design with vaulted ceiling's and an open floor plan. It is the perfect weekend getaway! The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, both bedrooms have a portable A/C unit. The living room/ common area does NOT have an A/C unit. Close to the many local trails, easy access to the highway and in a quite friendly neighborhood. This is a two story unit, you must climb stairs.

The VRBO is so conveniently located and is situated in a very peaceful setting. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning.The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfy.

Clean house, but definitely dated. Fine for our needs but could definitely use some updates. Popcorn ceiling, carpet, obvious water damage on the ceiling, screen on kitchen window ripped and flapping, etc.
