Great for families. There was enough space and great outdoor space. I’d recommend this place for families and kids. I loved that there was a pool fence too. Host stocked the house with all necessities.

Amazing house very nice and responsive host with a nice variety of things to do. Would 10/10 recommend another visit back, very quiet and pleasant neighborhood not far from a variety of stores. Pool was also very clean and beds were very comfortable

We loved staying in this Tempe house for my son's move-in to ASU! Home was very roomy with all the amenities. Pool was fun to relax in after long days. Home was conveniently located and the host was extremely responsive, even offered restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!

The set up of the house was great, along with the comfortable beds, I feel like you normally don't find rentals with comfortable beds but this place has them. The pool was great, our kids enjoyed it even in Dec! We let the host know that it didn’t seem that the cleaning company did a great job upon our arrival. We have apparently been the first to complain about it which is good for other renters but coming into not cleaned up bathrooms wasn't ideal. There were also stains on the couches and dinning chairs. We had a great stay minus coming into a not so clean place.
