About this cottage rental
This newly furnished Casita is in a quiet community of Harmony Grove Village. There are no neighbors directly next to the Casita or across. The open living space boasts plenty of windows, full-size Bosch dishwasher and refrigerator, electric cook top and combo microwave and oven, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar and ample cabinet space. Both bathrooms have quartz countertops and tub/shower combo. There is an abundance of storage in the 2 walk-in closets and hall closet. Watch tv in your king size bed or put your feet up in front of the 72” tv. Bedrooms and bath are stocked with ample linens. The smart tvs have Amazon Prime and are ready for your own streaming subscriptions. Enjoy an evening sunset on the Casita patio, complete with a BBQ, dining area, sofa and fire pit. There is a private entrance to a full size shared laundry room. The ultra quiet heating/air system has 1 thermostat control in the main living space and an additional one in the bedroom. Laminate wood plank flooring throughout. The Casita is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful day at the beach or the pool.
The community offers a pool/spa complex with the pool heated year round. Explore the 5 parks, a dog park and miles of groomed walking trails. There are nearby mountain bike and hiking trails, breweries and wineries. Freeway access is only 8 minutes, as well as all shopping and eating amenities. Minimum 31 day stay required.

The Host was very welcoming and the Casita was beautiful. While you had access to anything you could want within short driving distance the actual location had great walking paths and was very quiet. The amenities in the Casita were beautiful and comfortable. It was our first long-term stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again!
