We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.

Property manager was wonderful and helpful. Air conditioning was great, units in all rooms. Very hot water. Kitchen small but had all the features needed. Comfortable. Has an elevator, unit on 4th floor.

Excellent place to stay, in the center of the city. Vero convenient location to main attractions. Great communication, check in and check out. Well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend for families with children.

The biggest issue for us was the lack of communication regarding obtaining the keys. Pictures should’ve been provided showing where they were located! After, walking around in freezing cold weather in the dark for at least 30 minutes asking various strangers to help me, I gave up and checked in to the closest hotel (not reimbursed)..…We eventually got the key and stayed the duration but not a great experience.
